Roadhouse Leather GUARANTEE:

Here at Roadhouse Leather, we are dedicated to selling the highest quality products using only the finest leathers, fabrics, and other materials. Our entire catalog of products is fully guaranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

However, our products are not indestructible. Therefore, our guarantee does not cover any product damage that may result from normal wear and tear, airline mishandling, or misuse or abuse of the product.

Parson Gray products are guaranteed for 30 days from the date you receive the merchandise. Given normal day-to-day use this should be sufficient time to determine if the item has a manufacturer's defect.


Industry Portage Co. guarantees that you will be completely satisfied with their product, or your money back. They understand the importance of each and every client and will do their very best to exceed your expectations. Above and beyond the Industry Portage design, manufacturing and sales team, their greatest assets are their satisfied customers.


If you receive a damaged or mis-shipped item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.  Insubordinate Lads will only accept defective products at their discretion.  If you receive a package from Insubordinate Lads that looks damaged to the extent that the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and let us know by email immediately.


Korchmar’s 5 year guarantee and reputation are both the strongest in the industry. The main goal at Korchmar is to make you comfortable about your purchase, so relax because for 5 years following the date of purchase, Korchmar will repair or replace your item without charge with a similar item (at their option) if it is factory defective in either material or workmanship.  ***Important Note: This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, improper handling, or normal wear and tear; specifically excludes claims for any item other than the piece itself. Any common carrier (plane, train, ship, and bus) is solely responsible for damage to your business case incurred while in its possession. (KORCHMAR does not recommend ever checking business cases as luggage.) Examine your business case immediately after each trip. If it is damaged, submit a claim before leaving the terminal. (KORCHMAR will make every effort to repair damages due to misuse or accident at a moderate charge.) This guarantee does not cover scars, wrinkles, or minor scratches that are natural to all leathers.

4 Tips For Leather Care:

  1. If leather gets dirty- Just use a damp cloth to wipe it down.  *No Soap!
  2. If leather gets too dry- Use a leather dressing or cream.  Follow the instructions for the specific product.
  3. If leather gets too wet- Dry it slowly. Speed drying leather changes its chemical structure, and you end up with a stiff crinkly product.  Note: Keep it in the shape you want it to end up in.
  4. Leather can stretch out- If you start to overfill a wallet, it will never really return to it’s original shape. Learn to carry the right amount and this takes care of itself.

*Many of our leather products will develop a rich patina if not preserved.  This is a normal process and allows the bag to tell its life story.

Canvas, Fabric and Lining Care:

Most canvas, fabric and linings sold on Roadhouse Leather can be cleaned with mild soap and water.  Allow materials to dry before use or storage.
